01. Which vFairs alternatives should we shortlist for in-person and hybrid events?

Neither platform publishes list pricing, and in competitive bids vFairs often quotes belowAccelevents. So ask what the gap buys. Compare how many admin seats are included, whetherexhibitor lead capture and the mobile app are in the base number, what a change request costsonce you are live, and what renewal looks like in year two. 03. If we move from vFairs to Accelevents, who makes changes to the event setup?

You do. Registration logic, order form fields, agenda and speakers, branding and badgedesigns are all built in the Accelevents admin console by your own team, including while theevent is live, with support that responds in less than 21 seconds, 24/7. Full build-out helpis available if you want it, not required. Ask every vendor to change a registration rulelive in the demo.

04. Can one person be both a sponsor and a speaker in Accelevents and in vFairs?

In Accelevents, yes, without a second email address. Speakers and exhibitors can also holdan attendee ticket, granted through Manage Attendee Access, and one registration per emailaddress is an optional restriction you switch on rather than a fixed limit. If you havepeople wearing two hats, ask each vendor to register the same email twice, live, and showwhat the app permissions look like afterwards.

05. Does Accelevents charge separately for the mobile app or exhibitor lead capture?

No. The attendee app and exhibitor lead capture are part of the platform, and exhibitorstaff scan leads from that same app on their own phones rather than renting scanners. Putthis in writing with every vendor on your shortlist: name the app, lead capture, badgeprinting and admin seats as separate lines and ask which are in the base price.
