01. Is Accelevents a scheduling software or an event management software platform?

Accelevents is an enterprise-grade event management software solution with a built-in meeting scheduler.

Use our platform to schedule events such as conferences, trade shows, expos, workshops, seminars, webinars, corporate retreats, field events, team meetings, and much more. 

With Accelevents, it’s easy to set up an online event booking page for people to register and pay for your event. We also take care of check-in, badge printing and pretty much everything else you need to host your event.

02. Do you need to be an event registrant to schedule meetings?

Yes, with Accelevents someone has to be registered for your event before they can reach out to fellow attendees and book meetings. Our event software does not work as a standalone scheduler.

03. How can attendees schedule onsite meetings?

Attendees can use the Mobile App for attendees to schedule meetings. The App functions as a pocket-sized event hub and scheduling app. You can either search the Attendee Directory to find someone you’d like to meet or you can check out the scheduling page of any exhibitor booth to view available times and book appointments with booth staff.

04. How can the meeting scheduler save me time?

You’ll benefit from workflow automation. For example, once you’ve configured your meeting reminders, our platform will automatically send a push notification out at the scheduled time.

Similarly, all meeting information recorded in the App will automatically be pushed to the lead report that exhibitors can view and download.
