Construction Industry Advancement Program of New Jersey (CIAP) is a non-profit trusteeship that provides construction education, scholarships, research, public relations, and promotion of the industry within New Jersey.
Every year, CIAP hosts a career fair for selected undergraduate students in New Jersey to interview with dozens of construction companies, engineering firms, and state agencies. The annual career fair took place in person for 18 years until early 2021 when they had to shift the event to a virtual platform.
