How the integration works

The connection runs through Zapier using a "Task Changes" trigger. When a ClickUp task field updates to a value you specify (for example, Status set to "Confirmed"), Zapier sends the task data to Accelevents and creates a ticket holder record on the event you choose.

Integration Features

• Import registrations from ClickUp tasks: When a ClickUp task hits a defined status — such as Confirmed, Approved, or Paid — Zapier triggers Accelevents to create a new attendee on your event automatically.

• Map attendees to the right ticket type: Assign the same ticket type to every imported registrant, or use a Ticket Type ID field in ClickUp to route attendees to different ticket categories.

• Trigger on any task field change: The Zap fires on Task Changes, so you can drive imports off Status, custom fields, or any other field your team uses to manage event workflows.

Available fields and current limitations

Today the integration supports importing name and email into Accelevents, along with the ticket type assignment.
