For years, The Internaional Association of Movers’ (IAM) Annual Meeting & Expo has been the go-to event for the global moving industry - a place where top professionals connect, learn, and grow their businesses. But with over 2,000 attendees checking in over a 120 minute period, managing registration, badge printing, and networking tools efficiently had become a challenge.

“We had the same amount of equipment in Toronto that we did in Las Vegas using Accelevents in terms of number of kiosks, stations, all that kind of stuff. But we had lines that took up to over an hour for people to check in, in Toronto. In Las Vegas, with Accelevents, we never exceeded the first station that we had put up. The system worked so well that the crowds were able to come in, use their QR code to check in, and move straight through.”
