  • The standard kit includes single-sided direct thermal badge stock. You may want to upgrade to a heavier badge stock. We recommend upgrading for multi-day events so that your badges stay crisp.
  • If you’re looking for an elevated badge, our intelliBadge stock is a self adhesive badge that you fold onto itself creating a solid badge. There are optional lanyard slots so you don’t need to waste time or create lines stuffing badges into plastic holders. 

Pre-printing the badge stock allows you to add color to your badge. The printers in the Accelevents Onsite Kit are thermal which means they only print in color.

By pre-printing you can add some flare to your badges and create different badges for different types of attendees. Then print core information like name, company, and title at the time of check-in. If you’re looking to print in color onsite, we have printers for that too!

Buying additional lanyards in different colors helps event producers and staff to identify which ticket level an attendee is just by the lanyard. We also see this used when you have strict security or restricted areas at your event such as a VIP lounge. A bright lanyard is easy to spot.
