Sync event registrations and attendee data between Accelevents and Oracle Eloqua. Map the fields that matter, keep contact records up to date, and connect Eloqua forms to Accelevents registration workflows.
The Accelevents Oracle Eloqua integration helps event marketers move attendee and registration data between their event program and marketing automation workflows. When someone registers in Accelevents, their contact can be created or updated in Oracle Eloqua and added to event-specific shared lists. Teams can also map attendee, order, and event data into Eloqua, making it easier to segment audiences, personalize follow-up, and keep event and marketing data connected.
Key capabilities:
Export registrations to Oracle Eloqua
Send attendee data from Accelevents to Oracle Eloqua when someone registers. If a matching email already exists, the existing contact can be updated instead of creating a duplicate.
Map attendee, order, and event data
Go beyond first name, last name, and email. Map answers from your registration flow plus event and order details like ticket type, order number, ticket number, event name, event URL, and more.
Organize contacts with event-based shared lists
Create cleaner audience segments in Oracle Eloqua with event-specific shared lists for registered attendees and registered attendees who have not checked in yet.
Register attendees from Oracle Eloqua forms
Use Oracle Eloqua forms to send registration data into Accelevents, assign attendees to the right event and ticket type, and turn form submissions into event orders.
How it works
Accelevents supports Oracle Eloqua in both directions. For outbound sync, Accelevents can create or update Oracle Eloqua contacts from event registrations and send mapped attendee, order, and event data into Eloqua. For inbound sync, Oracle Eloqua forms can pass registrant data into Accelevents so submissions become event orders tied to a specific event and ticket type. This gives event and marketing teams a cleaner way to connect registration activity with campaign workflows.
What teams use it for
Use Oracle Eloqua with Accelevents to keep attendee records current, build event-based audience segments, trigger smarter follow-up, and connect marketing form activity with event registration workflows.

Oracle Eloqua integration FAQ
1. Is the Accelevents Oracle Eloqua integration bidirectional?
Yes, but each direction serves a different purpose. Accelevents can send registration activity and mapped attendee, order, and event data to Oracle Eloqua. Oracle Eloqua forms can also send registration data into Accelevents so submissions become event orders tied to a specific event and ticket type. Updates made directly in Oracle Eloqua do not sync back to Accelevents.
2. What data can Accelevents send to Oracle Eloqua?
Accelevents can send standard attendee fields, mapped registration answers, and system-generated order and event details. This can include ticket name, order number, ticket number, tracking link, QR code, UTM data, event name, event URL, event ID, and event dates.
3. What happens if a registrant already exists in Oracle Eloqua?
If the email matches an existing Oracle Eloqua contact, the integration updates that contact instead of creating a duplicate. This helps keep new event activity tied to the correct contact record in Eloqua.
4. Can Oracle Eloqua forms register attendees in Accelevents?
Yes. Oracle Eloqua forms can pass mapped submission data into Accelevents so the submission becomes an event order for a designated event and ticket type. This lets marketing teams keep form capture in Eloqua while routing registrants into Accelevents for the event experience.
5. How are registrants organized in Oracle Eloqua after setup?
After the first registration is sent following setup, Oracle Eloqua automatically creates two shared lists based on the event URL: Registered and Registered-Not-Attended. If Check In Status is mapped, Eloqua contact fields can also reflect statuses such as Registered, Checked In, and Cancel.
6. Can the Oracle Eloqua integration be turned off for one event?
Yes. Even when the Oracle Eloqua connection is set at the organizer, enterprise, or white-label level, it can still be disabled for an individual event in that event’s Integrations settings.
